I'm loving the 105 reference
I wonder how this would affect people that are already gay.
Test it on 182!
Awwwww, they should "bomb" the gayest man alive….
This is cute.
Please note how the last line on the page addresses just that idea. Thank you for your cooperation.
Really? I just don't see how it meant to be horrific, or scary, or well, anything… This does not seem to fit the site at all. What am I missing?
(edit: accidental post)
Not all SCPs have to be horrific to be on this website. Several popular ones aren’t. For example, SCP-999 isn’t terrifying at all. In my opinion, the SCP just has to be mysterious and/or unexplainable.
oof im necroing a necro here but uh
Originally, the SCP wiki was a creepypasta archive following a canon. SCPs like 173, 096, 008, etc. were horror themed and didn't specifically have to be anomalous.
this is literally the dumbest fucking thing on the site.
It's outrageous, I'll give you that. But dumb? Apparently not so dumb that no one hasn't actually thought about it (there's a wikipedia article link in Moose Fisher's post). I think it should stay as it is, precisely because it is so outrageous. The phrase "Truth is stranger than fiction" should never be applied to the SCP Foundation.
It was the product of one of those "no idea is too stupid" brainstorming sessions.
Can't believe I never read and downvoted this before. Not because of the concept — I understand why it was used, but because one-third of the article is "humorous" addenda, and also (unless I just haven't had enough coffee): You have a bomb. An old-fashioned WW2 bomb that explodes, not a metaphorical bomb. It's unstable. It detonates. *You still have it.*
What is wrong with this picture?
