If you're going to write haikus, you need to stick to the format unless you're going for some sort of stylistic fuckening.
Additionally, I question the decision to write about an explicitly Korean cryptid in an explicitly Japenese poetry form such as a haiku, mostly on account of the themes of Korean/Japanese cultural divide in the meat of 953. If, say, this was about some poor shmuck treating it like a Kitsune and subsequently getting his shit fucked, that'd make sense, especially if it was contrasted with, say, a Sijo about someone who actually knows what's up.
