This is Bob.
If you forget about Bob, he could escape and kill more MTF dudes if he wasn't so average and forgettable. You probably shouldn't forget about Bob.
Bob was conceived and written pretty quickly, starting about 27 hours ago and finishing just now. Thanks to bluesoul, Soulless, ProcyonLotor, and numerous others Bob will likely remain contained unless he is forgotten.

He’s up! I really like the concept of this one. He’s like Fred, but he’s been confined to this containment file. He’s also dangerous, but he’s sorta boring so his dancer can’t open up. I love literature SCPs which this is in a way? Idk. And file affectingly SCPs. I feel like this one did the file affecting concept very well.

Eh. This reminds me of this image a tad bit too much for me to enjoy it. What's also funny is that the character in this image is Bob, from the be like Bob memes from the early internet days. I feel like the SCP was inspired by the image, but imo doesn't add anything interesting to the concept.
