I now know the pain a programmer feels when they miss a closed parentheses. You think Listpages is hard? If you do more than about 20 of these, there's a 70% chance the entire code will fall apart. There are thirty-eight "Tweets" on here.
Staff will just have to trust all the images are compliant, there are a lot of them and I don't have access to all of the links I used on my laptop. When I get home from vacation, I'll post the proof of compliance.
Onto some stuff that's not me ranting about the technical side of things:
- Three Portlands is an… interesting setting. It seems like one of those things that would work better in a canon where the Foundation flat-out didn't exist, honestly. I've been curious about it, but the hub (while not as bad as the Fifthism hub) leaves a bit to be desired. Plus, the whole Anderson Robotics arc kind of happened during my hiatus from the site, so I don't know what the hell their deal is, and I'm not sure where to start looking.
- Then you have Deer College, which is based in 3ports. I think. I was attracted to this for Black Autumn 3 after seeing that they literally have a group of Eris-worshipers on campus. "Hey, they worship apples of discord, I have apples of discord, let's do this shit!"
- This is the one I'm most hesitant about posting because, again: it seems like 3ports and Deer seem to want to exist outside of Foundation canon, and it's a bit hard to try to tie Sloth's Pit and the apples into it. I think I made it work, though.
- The "Gotham Ghosts" call-out is a reference to the TV Show "Evil", one of the stupidest attempts at horror I have ever seen on network TV. It was originally going to be a jab at Ghost Adventures, before I realized that they're a garbage group of hucksters. "GhostHuntUK" is a reference to The Magnus Archives, because if there can't be a crossover due to licensing issues, I will still have my implications.
Thank you SO MUCH to Dyslexion for writing the note used in one of the last tweets, and for encouraging me to not to just stick to one teratophilia joke.
