Elevator Pitch: Though people actually die on a regular basis from power cords, I'd like make more people aware of this fact and impersonate this real world threat along with adding a bit of comedy and some story to this impersonation to add a more suitable effect rather then just strait up murder.
- An industrial power cord 30.48 meters in length
- Becomes animate and aggressive when plugged in
- Telepathically sends death threats to is victims while killing them
- The death threats are vulgar and indescribable. Surviving subjects potentially vomiting when trying to recall the threats.
- Only targets subjects of Homo Sapien descent.
- Prefers to strangle and electricute its victims.
Central Narrative: The narrative is mainly about a murderous Industrial power cord that is found by local police during it's spree before containment. This begins a long search for the origins of the SCP and it's manufacture. Planning on adding both more story and audio logs to the SCP.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: The main attention grabber is the mystery left behind on why the SCP has the urge to kill. A good story combined with the mystery of it's intent being unclear can show the anonymity of the dangers of common house hold appliances that you can relate to in real life.
