I found this ending from this video.
So, in this video, the person shows a deleted, secret if you could say, ending from the SCP: Containment Breach game. I'll explain this ending.
So, after you enter EZ and start searching for Gate-B and avoiding MTFs, after you finally enter the elevator. This happens:
SCP-173 enters and then snaps your neck and the game ends.
This is the dialogue that you can hear after that happens.
"Sir, there's a Class-D outside the elevator in Gate-B. Should we send someone in to get him?
"He might have some useful information about what's going on in there. I'll call-
"Never mind sir. It looks like 173 already took care of him.
Dialog end.
Unfortunately, since the ending is deleted, you can only get this through commands. If you want to test this out, here is the command. The command is:
ending b1
