SCP Foundation

Central Narrative: The narrative focuses on tests by the foundation trying to find the extent of the scp’s abilities. The foundation will find that the SCP came from some sort of experiment but cannot learn who conducted the experiment. The scp tries to be cooperative, but his failure to correctly control his abilities can cause accidents. The Scp wishes to not be useless and assist the foundation in the medical field, as his previous job as a doctor, but is not permitted due to his inability to properly control his abilities, which is seen in a test log where the scp mistakenly disfigured the bones on a rat when asked to repair it. The interviews detail the Scp’s desire to help out in some way and his frustrations in failure.

Hook/Attention-Grabber: A scp that has a good amount of potential for assisting in the medical field, but is unable to since it cannot control its abilities, making it a liability, but there could be hope for it.

I wouldn't include this kinda thing: it feels too reminiscent of rage states; and you can just assume that like, if you push a person too far, they'll get upset (which is like, largely what you're doing here anyway).

The narrative focuses on interviews by the foundation trying to find out the cause of the scp’s abilities. The scp cannot recall any event that is the cause of its abilities.

I guess my central concern with this is that it doesn't feel like this has a like, interesting conclusion? The actual mystery isn't very engaging and there's not really any stakes in it, so it feels like that'll be hard for a reader to get invested in.

There's maybe a fun emotional arc in the man becoming increasingly distressed about his inability to remember his past, but it needs to go somewhere: the increasing distress has to build up to something and cause some kind of change, and not just get worse and worse until you stop writing, y'know? It has to feel like a full story.

My concern with that as an emotional arc is that it's completely unrelated to his anomalous abilities: my general feeling is that if your SCP narrative could work regardless of what anomalous properties the SCP has, then the narrative probably isn't right for the SCP. Like, this emotional arc could literally be told as a story about a non-anomalous person with amnesia; and so you'll have to figure out how to tie the bones in better.
