I'm not quite sure I follow everything, but I like it. What's meant by the Foundation finding MEKHANE, though?

I rather like this one. An underrated contest tale IMO.
Given the paucity of comments and votes, I am guessing that a lot of people never made it to the bottom of the contest hub (or only read the entries for teams that qualified).
I know why not a lot of people have seen it though, I'm using Recent Posts to draw attention to it so others may read it and possibly enjoy it like I do.
Dang, watching the protagonists faith slowly shatter across the course of the tale is very captivating, as is watching the monastery descend into chaos.
+1. Solid tale.
Seeing the complete change in character, the faith and devotion just completely die, it’s extremely well written. +1.
The concept is good, but I feel like it proceeds too quickly for me to really develop an emotional response. I don't get the sense of weeks passing and Levy's doubts evolving naturally over that time.
