Hey, good job Ehksidian. If I might make one suggestion though:

SCP-3040-1 refers to former Agent Sharlene Vangarre, who lost her left hand due to a mission.

You might want to elaborate on this a little bit, even if it's just to say that the mission in question was Incident-████-██, or it involved SCP-████.

This is really long and meandering, so much so that I barely pulled through till the end, and what was there wasn't worth the tediousness of 20-something tests and addenda. I have a feeling there's a less contrived way for her to have discovered the anomaly. -1.

Testing the properties with only things less than 20cm cubed doesn't prove that the maximum is 20cm cubed. Use an object over that limit to prove such.

Another slight nitpick is that if it was a vacuum in there, it'd be much colder than -40c. More around single digit Kelvin.

Poor woman. First she loses a hand, then becomes a SCP. Working for the Foundation has​ its drawbacks.

I like it, a few notes though.

SCP-3040-1 grumbles inaudibly for a few seconds, before Nathans clears her throat.

I feel it would be smoother to redact or otherwise note this section is skimmed due to it being about sensitive information related to the other agent/mission? It always feels a bit odd to me when otherwise unaffected characters grumble inaudibly during interviews.

Both are silent for a few moments, before the pen re-appears and SCP-3040-1 drops her arm.

I literally thought she dropped her arm, as in it fell off or otherwise was unattached? Just confused me for a second since we're talking about missing hands and prosthetics. Might just be me.

Well this one is… unique… Never thought I'd see a Phantom Limb SCP.
