Neutral for now, could use a bit of cleanup for tone. I don't care for the last two notes, cause they really add nothing to the article. It's getting bigger, ok. Just doesn't add anything else.
Kinda a cool concept, but I'm gonna hold off voting.

A few nitpicks.
however it has also shown remarkable intelligence in dismantling ships…
I don't think "remarkable intelligence" is entirely clinical; I think a simple description of its behavior would suffice.
… loss of █ dive personnel.
I believe an ROV probably would have been employed for such an endeavor.
Despite current feeding protocols, SCP-421 appears to be slowly increasing in mass.
I do not understand why it would not then be fed less, given the aim of current protocol is to hold its mass constant and that obviously isn't working.
Those points aside, I like it.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, there's a fair few run-ons that could do with fixing.
I really like this idea, and the image is excellent. Upvoted.
I have replaced the two seperate addendums with a single entry, which hopefully gives more of an idea of the change in behavior of the SCP whilst using an ROV and removing the logic fail of not simply feeding it less.
I don't think you mention them feeding it less even after it's noted to be larger than anticipated, so it's still there, just slightly less obvious.
As an aside, if it simply consumes wood, wouldn't it be more economical to feed it lumber or logs as opposed to boats?
Its not larger anymore, simply denser… very important difference there (unless of course I've missed a bit where I say it is larger…). As for the consuming wood, ships represent a food source it is familiar with (or possibly more of a balanced diet). Might make this clearer in the article, though regardless I like the idea of scuttling ships out there…
I really like this one. We haven't had any good monstery SCPs in a while (that I can think of), so this was refreshing. I don't really have anything bad to say about this one, well done.
I read that as "monastery SCPs" and got really confused.
This is pretty sweet.
Protip: If you want another image, google-image-search "driftwood sculpture". Not a big point but it would be neat to have another picture. Granted, most of them are on land, still.
This is very original and creative. A thoroughly enjoyable read. +1
Why do I get the worrying feeling that the formation of a concentrated mass that it is very protective of is like some kind of analogue of… pregnancy? Upvoted :P
