I honestly would not have thought that "fight song that makes you brave" had enough substance to work as an SCP, but you pulled it off. I really like how it explores the effects of a simple anomaly in-depth, instead of just cranking up the violence or something, and the story of Sugar Sugar Sweet Fear really drew me in. +1.
Thank you! It's an idea I first had years ago when noticing that listening to something stupid like Caramelldansen in conjunction with thinking about/watching something that scared me tended to make me less scared of that thing thereafter. Originally it was just going to be the music box but I thought making the SCP the melody itself would be more interesting.
I personally really enjoyed this SCP! I personally loved the music box and the story behind it; I thought it was touching.
Great work! Looking forward to more SCPs!

A very nice SCP, well-rounded and with a good level of detail. I like the multiple instances appearing throughout history; the lyrics to the Ugarit prayer are also very cool and have the right historical feel (to me, a non-expert). This is not the flashiest SCP but it ought be much more highly regarded, in my opinion.
One small criticism: is the final collapsible meant to read ‘Partial TranslatiXXXXf SCP-3064-6/A‘ when opened?
Thank you for pointing out the typo, I've corrected it now! And glad you liked the Ugarit prayer - I dug through some of the archaeological literature on the Hurrian Songs to try and get the right 'feel' for how translated Assyrian is usually presented.
