This scip is a bloody masterpiece. I waited until finishing to upvote but I knew I was going to almost from the start.

At first, I was somewhat iffy about this somewhat sounds like 2006 and 1370, but the hilarity that ensued was too good to not leave an upvote.

This shouldn't be as entertaining as I imagine. And yet, it went out to be more entertaining than expected.

What I really do like about this is that it doesn't go down the easy route of making the main anomaly some kind of pretentious wanker. Instead, he's just an extremely gullible and goofy guy who seems totally content to bumble along in his own fantasy, and that is far more admirable and far more interesting to read. +1
