SCP Foundation

This tale was written for Gaffney for the Sixth Annual SCP Art Exchange! Gaff requested a tale involving the historical Bonnot Gang, Victor Serge, or the works of Collin de Plancy. I may have gone slightly overboard.

Hell yes.

It's historical fiction about magical anarchocommunist robbers. I feel personally attacked by how much this aligns with my interests.

This is the kind of deep, detailed writing I love seeing around here. Really rewards your investment of time as a reader.

You went above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for. I mostly asked for these elements as a bit of indulgence in my personal interests. What I got was a tale that stands on its own as a thoroughly enjoyable work even outside the context of the historical fiction.

The amount of research and work you put into this is commendable, and this easily ranks in my top 10 of works I've read on the wiki. + to the 1

I do have an extremely minor nitpick however:

Why does the Foundation only ever refer to Garnier as his POI number? I understand why this is done in scps:to dehumanise them, to show how the foundation treats them as objects. But the same isn't true with POIs- they're people of interest. Recognised as people, and therefore I think using a name would be okay. Idk, it's really not a big issue and others may disagree. It just seemed odd especially since the POI number is written alongside all of the names of his associates, written out as names. It also raises the question of why they don't all have designations as well.
