You ripped off your own 001 proposal yet I still love it. +1.

My complaints that I had from your 001 have arisen here again. I do not believe that prose belongs in an SCP, unless there's an explainable reason why. And since this doesn't have the same weight and emotion that carried your 001, I cannot upvote this.

No, I'm sorry. I was reading this, going, "It's okay, but shaggydredlock's proposal did it better and/or first", and then I find out you wrote this too? And outwardly rip off a bunch of other articles? I'm incredibly disappointed.

EDIT: And I say this as someone who literally rewrote multiple existing articles and jammed them together into something 'new'.
