It's been quite the journey! Big, big thanks to everyone who reviewed this in the forums and the chat!

Working with AnOddlyClassyGecko has been pretty awesome. There was a lot of discussion and brainstorming that happened, and I hope that the result is an enjoyable read!

I'm also wondering this. The best I can think of is that the dreams it causes are not themselves containable, and thus an aspect of the entity is beyond Foundation control? That, and there is a great deal about it which remains wholly unexplained - where/when/ is the city, if it is real; what are the entities depicted within; what does its consumption and regurgitation profit it?

But, I mean, if its Keter because we don't know how it works… then almost everything is Keter. I'd argue that Euclid or Safe would fit better, since either: we are fairly certain we know what it wants, and can give it that (unstoppable dream affecting not withstanding) / it can not harm the things we give it, and we know what to give it.

I'd fall on the side of Euclid, if it were me - Safe being a bit optimistic, but Keter seems very strange. I know the common criticism of Keter entities is "It's not deadly/damaging/actively killing something right now, so why is it Keter?" - but I would ask how this is: uncontained/uncontainable/capable of vast destruction if unappeased/in a position of equal power to the Foundation. These are my usual hallmarks of Keter - under which does this fall?
