I was surprised by the new formatting, but I actually really like it. It's always been the same over the years, and this one just looks so crisp and clear. I doubt others will agree, but I think it's awesome.
As it's unfinished, there isn't too much I can say about the concept, but It seems reasonably intriguing. The writing seems fine, grammar and clinical tone are all okay. The one thing I'm confused about is how amnestics were delivered by airplane. I guess I never really thought about how they were delivered, but anyone inside would be unaffected, right? I would probably say that amnestics were administered and leave it at that. Oh, and the thing where they take off their cameras seems a little sudden. I would add some more dialogue leading up to it, after the doctor says to keep going.
