Uh… generally, the author should come up with the basic framework for their plot. There's only so much you can expect a reviewer to write for you.
Right now I have a tentative idea of Srqnabotf's army breaking into the containment cell at Site-17 and him manifesting at saying something along the lines of, "the cornerstones of my army have finally assembled!".
That sounds… pretty forced, to be honest. I don't know if I've ever heard the phrase "cornerstone of an army".
I feel like this might be workable for the quirkiness/shenanigans angle, but the prose will need to be good to keep the tale afloat. Unless you want to try to make this entirely serious-sounding, in which case… I'm admittedly not sure how you'd go about that.
