I have an idea about an humanoid scp, I just want to ask if a creature that speak a lot (and is kind of a douche) is a good idea or should I make him more quiet?
I'd say this depends on the link to its anomalous property. If it's personality isn't linked however it probably would't be mentioned by the foundation document. As for interview logs giving the humanoid a noticeable personality is definitely viable but much harder to do. Thus you should probably use the one you feel the most comfortable using. Just don't make it its personality overbearing.
I personally have a very hard time taking douchebag humanoids seriously, especially if the only reason for the character being a jerk is because the author wants to write them as such.
If you're going to make a character a massively-dislikable jerk, there needs to be a good in-universe reason for it, and it can't go too far to the point where the audience actively dislikes the piece because they dislike the character.
I will most likely make him kind of a jerk for a good reason (like been contain without is consent and be tested on) but with good and happier moment, but only in the tales, if I made an article about it and it is not downvoted is personality would only be a simple element of the description
thank you all for your answer :) (also thank you zyn, its not the first time you help me)

You'll need to remember to keep it realistic. The Foundation has psychologists and professional counselors; they're not going to be idiots and just ignore if anomalous humanoids are upset. Building good rapport is a sign of professionalism.
