SCP Foundation

So, I've been thinking of ideas of an SCP recently, and this is what I have.
A large, lung like fleshy mass, that's discolored and has a few tumor like growths on it. It will seek out any large sources of oxygen and try to consume it, which includes latching on to organisms and draining their oxygenated blood from any orifice that it can get to. When in normal sea level atmosphere, it also appears to pulsate and "breathe" while moving to a larger source. It was discovered by the foundation trying to get into a large tank of cryogenic oxygen to be used in rockets, which was owned by the government of some country (not sure yet). When exposed to large amounts of elements other than oxygen (such as filling its enclosure with CO2) it will become aggressive and seek out oxygen with much greater intensity, while also trying to get as far away from the other substance as possible. An experiment involving this resulted in a previous containment breach.
Is this a good idea? Any thoughts?
