• so if I remember correctly, you don't have too actually use SCP constantly, just the designated numbers. The actual "SCP" part doesn't actually define the specimens so much as the foundations moto (if i am wrong please correct me on this XD). So I would suggest calling it SCP-whatevernumber for the first few times, but then just call it by its number designation :D.

• are these just special varients of the normal muzak-1? if so how are they more special? what makes them different enough to have a seperate designation?

-2 The woman

• This female voice is described in the appendum/testing, however nothing about it is in the description. I would suggest putting some info about this woman in the description as well, as this appears to be something important too the scp. Also is this a seperate entity? or is it just an anomalous affect caused by the object? if it is indeed just a power/anomaly that the object contains, i'm not entirely sure it needs its own designation as an scp itself, as it isn't an entity/artifact.

Description and appendum

• I actually think alot of the appendum is just used as a description for the woman's voice. however she isn't talked about at all in the main description, which just makes the appendum more of an patch note then an actual clinical note. This could just be me, but I think that much of the information in the appendum can be instead placed in description.

Sentience?

• Is this particular artifact sentient or not? I am getting at certain points it is, and at certain points it isn't? this feels as if the actual artifact isn't, but the womans voice, which I feel from reading this is a seperate entity, is compleatly sentient. This makes me think that this is a sort of ghost/possession based relationship between the woman and the phonograph.

Who is Sowana?

• I don't think you need to give full detail as too who this is, but I think you as the author should have some clue as too who sowana is, as it appears to be the name of the female voice (correct me if i'm wrong :D).
