I had an idea for an SCP which is a knife. People who hold the knife have an impulsive desire to stab themselves however the knife appears to pass through human material without causing any damage. Due to this nature, the knife is deemed safe. However, exactly one year later the initial finders of the knife develop sudden stab wounds and die; the effects of the knife are shown to be in a different time stream to the actions of the knife. The ending could be perhaps an interview with a researcher talking about how many people have used the knife since its discovery and now know that they have less than a year to live.
I couldn't find any other SCPs like this but if I am wrong please let me know. Any feedback on this idea would be great. Thanks for reading.
