First SCP I have ever made please give me some feedback and what I should work on thanks.

Grammatical and word choice suggestions:
"There are three pins arranged…"
"…until they find what they are looking for at which point the item reappears in the subjects hands…"
"It is now known the items are stored in another place somewhere in the known universe."
"Any item that is put into or removed from SCP-XXXX is to be recorded in this document."

In addition, I think a reason is needed for why further testing needs to be approved. Was there a test that went wrong in the past? Some side-effect that was discovered? Or perhaps you could give some more details as to how the Foundation acquired this bag? Either way, I think this article needs a bit more mystery than simply "bag that deteriorates things you put inside it."

Overall, however, this article seems like it has a lot of potential.
