The HELLISH CARNIVAL:
My idea for a possible scp is a sort of puppet show based one. So the primary scp is a sort of animatronic ringleader, something sort of in the shape of a fortune telling booth. Except remove the booth, and dress up the animatronic in a ringleader sort of outfit. Its lower half appears to be a wheelable table/base which appears to be covered in a purple cloth. On the purple curtains are largely printed words of red and black color which can be read as “FREAKY JACKS HELLISH CARNIVAL”.

Full description of Freaky Jack:

• Freaky Jack is the name of the animatronic who I plan on being compleatly sentient when active. I’m not entirely sure how he becomes active yet, if its due too someone within the area, or someone placing some form of currency within a slot or cup (unknown at this time.)
• Freaky Jack is an animatronic of approximately 6’ft in height (from head too wheels). The human appearing half is dressed with a nice button up shirt, a long coat (or at least half of one, which has been cut off too approximately the end of the human half of the body.). Each of its hands wear faded white gloves which appear to be ripped in specific areas. On the top of its head (which is bald) appears to be an old and faded derby hat or a blackish red color with a black band encircling it. The paint which had once coated Freaky Jack to make him look human is now faded and cracked. In certain areas, like the right side of his face, the paint has interiley chipped away, showing the bronze and iron exoskeleton.
• Freaky jack appears to have a damaged eye (the one on his left.)
• There are strings attached too his robotic hands which lead to the lower area.
• Freaky jacks mouth is that of a puppet, however once open anyone looking can see what appears to be a small gramophone opening/bell which is where the sound comes out of. When speaking Jack doesn’t make mouth movements, his mouth stays open until he is finished.
• It is unknown exactly how Jack operates vocally, as all attempts to open up his exoskeleton to view his workings have failed.
• He is entirely sentient and aware of his being. He understands what he is, and doesn’t care, claiming that his purpose is too simply entertain. Freaky Jack can understand multiple written and spoken languages, including but not limited too english, german, french, spanish, latin, russian, arabic, gaelic, multiple african languages, irish, certain animal languages (dog, cat, ape, and monkey), and chinese.

Description of the lower half of jack, also known as the stage.

• The lower half of jack appears to be a booth covered by a purple curtain with the red and black words “HELLISH CARNIVAL” Printed upon them.

Upon opening the stage one can see a fully set puppet box, it is unknown where the set pieces and puppets are stored. Upon opening the curtains when jack is deactivated, there will appear to be nothing but empty space under the booth. If anyone attempts to touch the stage during a “show” jack will retaliate with violence, claiming them too have messed up the show, and ruined everything.

• Many of his puppet shows are musicals, most of them sort of lullaby like songs. Through these musicals it can be observed that Jack has the ability to switch his voice to that of the singer. It can also be observed that jack has the ability to switch to multiple voices singing at the same time, like a recording.

Wait, but this just sounds like a normal puppet show animatronic (if such things actually exist, which they probably do somewhere (IN HELL)).

• Well it's not just a normal puppet show robot, right now my idea is that jack is a sort of mental parasite, often using his songs and shows too attract hosts. Anyone who spends too long of a time listening to his song, or watching a show (approximately a full show will do the trick) will become under his control subtly. Through this jack will begin to feed psychically on their memories until they become a blank sleight. Upon becoming a blank sleight jack will be able to control his victims, attempting to bring them in towards him as either a source for new materials/parts (for both him and puppets/set pieces) or as a way too escape (can’t exactly move himself) this just sounds like a normal puppet show animatronic (if such things actually exist, which they probably do somewhere (IN HELL)).
• I plan on adding more things to him, this is just a base idea at the moment (pretty bleak, but I plan on adding a full personality too him along with a huge past which may be shown through an interview (my plan is he’s not the original body, but jack was a guy once, who controlled the machine, and was killed, but his soul or whatever went into the machine (probably make it more sciency and say someone put his mind in the machine).
• I also plan on adding a reason as to why he is a mental parasite, if you have an idea on this as well please let me know.

So, whats going in my mind now is that this scp will still be a mechanicl puppet master sort of thing, except i'm taking what DrChandra had to say.

A New name

• Jacks got a new name :D, it is now Clockwork Jack, and the name of his puppet show is "CLOCKWORK JACK'S CUNNING CHILDRENS CARNIVAL OF CHAOS" (I REALLY LIKED THE NAME SUGGESTION and actually thought clockwork jack worked better than freaky jack for a more child oriented character :D.

Joining the Circus

• I looked up the circus and I fully agree, I should write Jack for the Herman Fuller GoI :D

Clockwork/windwork:

• jack is now clockwork/windwork, it was my original thought, but I had decided animatronic, now I am going back too the original thought thanks too DrChandra :D.

Talking to animals

• Ya….I agree…I don't know why I had him doing that XD I think it was because I was tired while writing this and sometimes I get really "gibberishy" when tired XD.

Making jack a nicer person

• I agreed with DrChandra, Jack shouldn't be violent, and instead will be kinder too everyone. I've also decided against the idea that he is evil, and instead is tragic, a sort of device made for an evil purpose, but he doesn't wanna do that.

Coming to Blows

• So I really like the character of Herman Fuller now (read some of the stories and just had to laugh at some of the stuff XD.) And I like the idea that him and jack came to blows, and that being how his face is damaged. :D

The Man with the upside down face

• So I read some of the SCP's from the circus, and noticed that manny/man with the upside down face comes to alot of the captured scp's and either kills them or scares them. I'm not sure if I want him doing this with jack or not. (mostly because I don't know if this was during fuller's reign or icky's reign that he did alot of this).
