SCP Foundation

I was thinking to myself the other day: The Foundation has alotta SCPs that they can't secure. Whether it's because they're elusive or because of their properties, etc. What if there was a GoI that posed as a Foundation MTF that was recovering SCPs and taking them to ???.

My concerns:
-It sounds like someone who's never been to the site thought if this
-If it's been done
-If it's viable, and if so…
-Whether or not it'd work better as a GoI, a story concerning a GoI, or a standalone SCP/Tale
-Regardless of which, it could be too ambitious if it concerns existing SCPs
-The first concern still gets me

I'm violently curious about this, though. Any thoughts?

That's kind of one of the interpretations of the Chaos Insurgency, isn't it? Formed from a rogue MTF Alpha-1 and still able to operate through Foundation moles.
