You should put a space between item no. and object class and scprocedures.
5m x 5m x 5m
100% necessary? What if it was 4x4x4? All new members seem to include this and it really irritates some of the veterans (I'm not a veteran, but it's already starting to irritate me). Just don't bother with measurements, or say 'approximately'… blah.
The walls inside the room should be painted using a custom paint that can block out any kind of known radio signals
"any kind"?? That's the whole goddamn electromagnetic spectrum. Consider re-phrasing to: "the interior of the containment cell is to be surfaced with a RF-shielding substance capable of blocking most radio frequencies."

no need. Why?
Two (2) security personnel should be placed at the entrance of the containment chamber
default 'it's dangerous - guard it' approach. The Foundation is skint with all these indestructible lizards running-around the place. Nobody got time for this. Just lock the door. Or don't mention security at all - like most modern articles.

that's massively vague. I'm interested, but it's too vague and not grounded in science enough for me to believe it.
Agent █████ just stood by the door, watching.
He is given a protocol to not interact with the D-Class personnel when a dangerous even happens.
Hmm. Different tenses. I'm getting this quite a lot throughout the article, but I don't have the time to go through and sort them.
This excerpt was taken in the recent Document 507 - ██:
recent? What about when it isn't recent anymore? Do they cross it out?
Subject arrived in a parallel dimension.
How? What the hell? How did they get there? I feel like I missed something really key to the story.
Subject noticed that everything in the dimension is the same as ours except that the organization it was in was called “Search, Collect, and Protect.”
That's implied, right? By the fact you said 'parallel dimension'. Could say: differences between dimension and our own include the renaming of the SCP-Foundation motto to "Search, Collect, Protect". I have to critique that motto, it's just not as powerful-sounding. Sounds like some kind of rock collecting club I used to do in school where we'd steal everyone's pebbles.
Also, the SCP-Foundation does not stand for Secure Contain Protect Foundation. That is a common error made. It stands for "Special Containment Procedures Foundation".
