Can't say this is too unique, as there's a lot of SCP's that deal with unknown languages (this one kinda reminds me of SCP-012).

The critical part that differentiates an SCP from an anomalous item is the story. I personally don't like SCP's where the mystery is just an unknown language that can't be deciphered, as it's pretty boring and doesn't move the story anywhere. If you want this SCP to be interesting, I suggest coming up with some type of reason or motivation, either from the SCP's creators, the item itself, or affected persons. Every effect this SCP has should make sense and come together into a greater picture, even if that greater picture isn't obvious from reading the article.

Those that maintain close contact for more than about 5 minutes will begin to experience some memory loss, as well as losing the ability to use language. …Monitoring brain activity during this time shows that they have fully normal brain function, and it appears that they are fully aware of what's happened to them.

These are the type of things I'm talking about. I don't know if you have a reason for these things happening, or they just sounded interesting, but they should tie into each other and the SCP as a whole.

My suggestion is to focus less on the undecipherable language aspect and focus more on what you mentioned in the last sentence. If they're fully aware what's happened to them, why are they doing what they're doing? What is the purpose of the SCP, and by who and for what was it created? Why do people die after so many months of being affected? If you tied all this stuff together, it definitely could be an interesting SCP.
