By looking through the details in the game you can find significant details showing that he has SCP like qualities.

I am not sure if the article already exists but D-9341 I believe should be an SCP of some sort.

No. Taking it straight out of the game would be plagiarism, and besides narrative-wise SCP-CB is very dry. There's only initial setting and ending(s), with nothing in between—it's not like you could cram story into it anyway, the format of the game is just incompatible. The fact that the world of SCP-CB is procedurally generated doesn't really help as it means there's no canon site layout nor storyline, with each playthrough independent of each other, preventing coherent storyline to be formed.

Besides, what would be its anomaly? Extreme luck? Yeah, coz getting thrown into killing monster's cell is an extremely lucky event. Time manipulation? Nope, don't work with the setting for same reason—it should've shunted itself back in time first sight of trouble. Clairvoyance? You got the point, not a chance. It's just an unlucky guy in unlucky situation, no more no less, nothing anomalous about it.

Someone's already asked about this and tried to do it. As Rigen has said, CB has a very dry narrative and trying to do the player character as an SCP would be extremely difficult.

Connor from confinement would be easier to do but as I have also mentioned before, we already approached Bung about this and he'd rather we didn't make Connor an SCP.
