I'll critique you solely on your glaring formatting issues:
I'd highly suggest you put your draft into a sandbox. Here's the link:
http://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/
You should also replace "3053" with "XXXX", since numbers are first come, first serve. Those will act as your placeholder numbers.
You have a noticeable number of grammatical issues, the most noticeable of which are a lack of a space between periods and sentences, and between words and colons. There are also occasionally capitalized letters that needn't be capitalized.
SCP-3053 was found in a small,Crime filled town at [DATA EXPUNGED].SCP-3053 Refused to leave the area and then disappeared.
For example, you shouldn't capitalize "Crime".
SCP-3053 is to be kept in a 10 m x 10 m x 10 m room made of glass with 2 locked doors with 2 ft in between them. The framing is to be made of Electrically charged steel. There is to be (1) scientist and (2) armed guards at all times.
Also, the Foundation measures in meters, which you do correctly the first time, but not the second. You also don't need to put "(1) scientist", you can just write "one scientist".
Closing Statement:The hallucination of Scp-173 then vanishes and Scp-3053 is soon found and contained again.
You need to capitalize SCP here; you fail to do it throughout the entire interview.

Unless you need to convey something meaningful, please don't post for posting's sake. It clogs up the forums and the recent posts page in general.
