SCP Foundation

So I've got an idea. In a nutshell, its simple: The Foundation/UIU discovers an extra-dimensional location within a park being used as a dumping ground for a possibly anomalous serial killer.

So yea, that's the core of the idea. If it's a plain or bad idea, I'd love to know that too. I know that there was a recent one with the spider motif (can't remember the number). I'm hoping to differentiate this concept from it.

In the event the idea works, I'd like to express it as a tale:

I actually wrote a tale with a similar style, and it seemed to work okay, here. You want to push the concept a little farther, which I think is good.

The concept seems complete enough.

I think a full tale would be better - but with the narrative interspersed with the documents throughout, describing objects which could act as Chekov's guns later in the narrative.
