The idea is that during the age of exploration an explorer attempted to well explore Canada, but got lost out in the tundra and inevitably died. fast forward a few years and they come back as a mostly frozen corpse who will only constantly cry out for help causing anyone who hears their voice to be compelled to help them, but once a victim comes too close it will become very hostile and attempt to kill the victim with the use of inhuman strength/speed. While you can survive it is not advised since coming in contact with it, or samples of it, will cause you to rapidly decay, your blood will turn into liquid nitrogen, your bones will become very fragile, and your skin will freeze. It will then consume your remains so that it can regain the body mass that it is constantly losing.
