I can’t really see this one working as a Wondertainment SCP, Wondertainment has the intent of merchandising their toys and candies to children, bubble wrap, as fun as it is, isn’t really something you’d straight sell as a product. Now, if it were the packaging material Wondertainment started using at some point for SCP-[REDACTED] then I can see the connection of an anomalous packaging material for an anomalous company.
As for the effect themselves, they’re pretty odd and don’t connect in terms of effects. The plastic bubbles emit green goop, then blood, and then the popper goes crazy. Would you mind if I suggest that the effects of popping the bubbles could be a little bit more physical with its effects, like say each bubble popped will begin growing a hideously large boil/pimple on the poppers body that they really love to burst into the green slime and blood mixture, creating a vicious cycle of popping the bubble wrap so they can pop the boil and inevitably bleed themselves dry? Sorry if this cramps on your style, but if you want my honest opinion your idea might not work well as an SCP.
