a humanoid that emits anti-anomalous properties effectively neutralizing other anomalies in their vicinity. I know that sounds op but the meat of the article will be the foundations treatment of them, and will end with their neutralization . still playing around with whether the death will be accidental or not though.

Seems like an OTT/OP version of SCP-1915 Status Quo, without any of the narrative/backstory. Also an 001 proposal, if I recall correctly.
