Why do you need a designation for a behavioral process, wouldn't it just be better to remove SCP-XXXX-1 all together, and just loop it in to the normal SCP-XXXX.
Don't call them "prey", call them targets. Prey is, in my opinion, very unprofessional, and I haven't seen the word "prey" in any foundation-related document.
SCP-XXXX-3 is frequently written in SCP-XXXX-3
SCP-XXXX-2, if that's what your looking for.
Honestly, SCP-XXXX-4 should be SCP-XXXX-1, and SCP-XXXX-2 has no connections, that I see of, to SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-3 is unnecessary, as they can just be a PoI (Person of Interest).
There are probably connections between the birds and the deity, the effect should be explored more, and if your adamant about it, you should tie it into the birds.
Also, birds that steal stuff is not Keter.
I do enjoy the idea, it could have been done to take itself less seriously, and make it a more out there thing. I don't see why the religious hymns are necessary.
