Reserving this comment for when I'm at my computer.
EDIT: I am now at my computer.
SCP-XXX
First thing I've noticed: this should be 'SCP-XXXX'. There are currently, as far as I am aware, no Series 1 SCP slots currently pending deletion, so the chances of getting a slot there are practically zero. This is only minor.
a 3.6 x 2.5 chamber
Two problems with this. One; units. 3.6 bananas? 3.6 metric giraffes? Jokes aside, all units should be metric. Two; space is three dimensional, you have only specified two lengths. Should be 'X x Y x Z'.
filled with motion sensors and pressure sensors.
Why? Will it escape if there aren't motion / pressure sensors?
about 5ft high
First: metric. Never use Imperial units. Second: 'about' five feet high? These are the containment procedures. If the SCP needs to be recontained, being vague caused deaths. Also, does it need to be elevated to prevent escape?
security cameras keeping constant surveillance for any activity.
Again, why? Does the billboard pace? Does it plan escapes? Why would you want to observe it 24/7?
As an overall criticism of your containment procedures: in the Description you mention that it teleports. So how do your procedures keep it contained? I feel like having it on an elevated platform wouldn't prevent teleportation.
It’s
Should be 'its'.
any injury of any severity will cause the item to instantaneously teleport to the victim of said injury.
Any injury… anywhere? Within the known universe? Does it have a range? How extensive are 'injuries'?
[See Addendum]
Don't use brackets, use parentheses. Also, refer to the Logs, not the Addendum.
“weird, sentient, billboard teleporting to random people in distress and telling them to go [REDACTED] themselves.”
This is out of place. The rest of the report is clinical in tone, this is very casual. Yes, it's a quote, but it's still out of place.
No other activities were recorded regarding SCP-XXXfor the following 24 hours.
Missing a space.
Subject: D-3765
Procedure: D-3765 is placed inside SCP-3259's chamber. An armed guard also escorts D-3765. A steel wall about 3in. thick is placed in-between D-3765 and SCP-XXX.
Why was all of this emboldened? Also, again, Imperial.
Dr.████ orders the guard to stab D-3765 with a MTF standard issue hunting knife. D-3765 refuses to comply. The orders are repeated, D-3765 is still resilient.
Guards are not issued MTF gear. Also, who is refusing to comply here? The D-class wasn't told to do anything.
Like, it's common sense, Dumbass.[asterisks]
Remove the asterisks.
Analysis: [DATA EXPUNGED]
Why was this expunged? Was a researcher's analysis a memetic hazard or something? Seems like lazy writing.
All of Test C
Suddenly it's all in a box? Doesn't line up with what you had previously. Fix it.
Analysis:[DATA EXPUNGED]
Again, why?
Note from Site Director: Until further notice I am suspending all testing of SCP-XXX. It dosen't matter if the tests yield valuable data or not, I am frankly tired of hearing reports and dealing with workplace complaints about how people had their feelings hurt by a sarcastic billboard.
This should all be in a box. Also, getting complaints about a billboard suggests that they're either taking the D-class's complaints seriously, which is ridiculous, or the SCP is teleporting about of its own will, which suggests it's uncontained.
I think the concept would make a great -J, but it's not ready for mainlist or the joke list. Needs work.
