For a long article, this managed to keep my interest through and through. The use of crosslinks here, while not always necessary, really helped establish the oddity that this article sets itself in and how the Foundation deals with the situation. The 3909 crosslink, in particular, threw me for such a loop. I'm glad that existed so I could set my expectations accordingly for the rest of the skip.
My one complaint is the Ethics Committee vote bit. I think it looks really ridiculous and weirdly ugly. I hope you're able to find a more pleasing alternative to it, even though I understand it's a pretty good way to represent what you wanted to do. I don't have too much of an issue with that being applied in the Project Status section (though it still looks odd there), but the way it's done in the EthCom bit is not good.
EDIT: Also, nice touch on the revision numbers. I think that works way better on here than the other usages of it for your series.
