Blame Ghost Hunters for this article. I was watching it for some reason, and thought, Wouldn't it be trippy if the ghosts were real, but actually helping to fake the evidence?
Anyway, enjoy!

As it turns out, the image on this article may have not been in CC. Replaced it with a new one.
Image belongs to Shadow Chasers on Flickr, borrowed under CC 2.0 license.
I don't want to say this, but this image is under Non-Commercial license, so it's not available on SCP wiki. I think you should find another one.
I really liked this article as I once watched Ghost Hunters myself. It was an interesting take on the concept of how they are just recording fake activity. However, was wondering if you should add more censoring/blank out things such as the agent's name, or the location of retrieval?

I like this one, but I feel like it could be tightened up still.
to ensure that the entities contained within are not mistakenly terminated.
Something sounds off to me about this line. I'm nitpicking here but "mistakenly" doesn't sound very official to me. Maybe "terminated due to oversight" or something?
SCP-1774 is the collective designation for several pieces of equipment formerly used by an amateur paranormal investigation agency.
I know you come out and say the agency later on in the read, but it again strikes me as odd that they aren't properly identified here since this is the first reference to them.
I like the test logs but the interview log is too on the nose IMO. It just seems to give any and all mystery away with the whole, "I found this thing online where you could bind spirits to anything you wanted, make a haunted box or something." If there's a site that says that, doesn't that already beat them to the point of proving that ghosts exist? Both of the subjects in the log seem too straight forward about it all.
Anyways, I upvoted but I don't care for the current interview log.
I liked this one. +1
But what happened in Test 19 referenced in the containment procedures?

I like it, but one question:
What do you mean by "one humanoid 'cold spot'?"
I'm guessing he meant a cold-spot detected in the shape of a humanoid.
I liked this as a draft, and I still like it now. +1.
