I'm afraid I do quite like "UIU is buffoons" — sorry ihpkmn! — so I had to give this an upvote despite a few cheesy bits.

I agree with the aforementioned idea that the UIU is utterly incompetent, but only in comparison to people like the Foundation or the GOC; these are, after all, FBI agents. This, on the other hand, is a group of children. It really doesn't mesh with the idea of the UIU I have in my head, and it's altogether too silly for something that I don't think is meant to be (obviously it's meant to be a little silly, but not this much). Overall, it's just not my thing.

This is awfully fast paced, and it's hard to keep track of who's talking at any given point. I can't say I found it terribly riveting either, as it's "guy complaining he hates his job" followed by "SHOOT IT SHOOT IT SHOOT IT". I've got not particular opinion on the "UIU buffoons" angle, but the comedy's just not working for me here.

This doesn't really bother me when I consider that this team is implied to be bad even by UIU standards.
