It's… middling interesting to me, but the two addendums push me into a downvote. That announcer doesn't sound realistic at all, and I think it would work better as an incident report without much editing. The interview is likewise not especially believable to me.
I'm a little severely meh about the interviewee breaking out in the last one. Also, you've got an SCP-x in there still. But the idea behind this is great. All it needs is some restructuring of the addenda, I think, not even suggesting removing them.
I like the mention of the meeting of the anomalous artists, as if they were normal everyday people.
I kinda like this, it almost seems like it could be the basis of a Shounen-type Manga/Anime.

Eh. This just seemed very silly to me, and at times very non-Foundationy. -1
I like the idea, but as other have pointed out there are noticeable flaws in its construction. The two biggest ones, for me, had to be Addendum's -B and -C. The interview comes off beneath Foundation standards. Assuming this is the first interview conducted with PoI-2015-0102 (why 0102, by the way? Shouldn't that correspond with the SCP-2015 variant he created?), it felt like the doctor wasn't giving the interviewee's answers any thought. Sure, he asked about the rumored extra-dimensional beings, but that felt like he was doing it out of obligation and not to deepen the Foundation's understanding of the SCPs, their creators, or the competition. I don't know if I'm conveying my feelings on it adequately, but I hope you understand my point.
Now as for the audio transcript, well… It sort of defeats the purpose of the article as a whole, I feel. All it tells us that SCP-2015 are basically gigantic, metamorphic kill-bots, which isn't adhering to the theme of the site. It's not creepy, or scary, or anxiety-inducing, or thought-provoking, or… Interesting at all, to be honest. My advice would be to scrap the audio log in its entirety.

I think the other posts here are accurate, and I think a way this article could be more interesting would be if you made it more about the competition itself, maybe gave it some sort of memetic whatever that is the reason it hasn't been discovered until recently. Maybe even document some of the extradimensional beings that participate in the competition.
Maybe, because of the fact that skips commonly attend the competition, have an old log from a while ago that mentions how the foundation has known about this shindig for a while, but made a non-interference treaty with the creator of the competition as long as they clean up after themselves, similar to http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1659
I'm just speculating about ways this could be made more interesting because to me, if you don't agree with me that's fine, if comments like this aren't allowed just let me know.
Yeah, I'm not fond of the audio log, and I found myself asking why the interviewer didn't ask more questions about its creation. You've got a chance to ask questions to a human who created an anomalous object and you don't press them for details? Ask them specific questions like how the bloody thing works.
I enjoyed it, but i agree with the rest of the posters here that the audiolog is a bit… unprofessional.
