SCP Foundation

On a dark Halloween night ten long years ago, (account deleted) created a page called "Scp 239". At the time of its creation, it contained only one line of text: "SCP 239- Witch Child. In Progress". That simple beginning evolved into the Foundation's most notorious Mary Sue, but Sigurrós Stefánsdóttir remains a cornerstone of wiki history. Dr. Clef's attempt to decommission her ushered in the age of lolFoundation, and steered the course of all that came after. But that's not why I wrote a tale about her. I wrote this tale, my entry in the Halloween2018 contest, because of the very first comment on SCP-239, by Lee Byron:

That is holy crap adorable. I want to go trick or treating with her!

At first I was feeling conflicted about upvoting because it conflicted with a few of my headcanons (and I walked into this thinking it was a mundane AU), but the twist at the end changed it for me. Cute and cosy tale with an appropriately grim ending. +1

This is very well thought out and executed. My favourite of the Halloween tales I’ve read so far. Nice work.

Well at least you made a possible connection of all those fan-works of Iris and Able to an item(seriously 4,000 porn and romance material a week sent me for put on AO3/Fanfiction to trash), but I would believe it more if Clef disproved the Witch Child to re-imagine her powers. But I do like the ending and the soon to be art of those kiddie SCP's on this site next Halloween. Keep experimenting :)
