Finally.
I love how the overview sounds like a late night infomercial, but I gotta ask. Where the hell does Prometheus pull all of this money from to be able to have Martian bases and be able to pay all of their employees at a starting rate of 200,000 dollars a year?
The same way Google can pay its employees a starting rate of 300,000 dollars a year.
Edited banner to make it more like a "pop-out". If you want to revert, revert it, because otherwise it's gonna stay.
Reverted it because the pop-out looked ugly, and the white barrier formed an aesthetic disconnect between the image and the article.
As much as I like the bits I see, there isn't a format?
Living the dream, or dreaming the life?
The format is currently being finalized as the actual article entries continue to be worked on.
Added a format to use for Prometheus Labs anomalous objects!
EDIT: Rating module for hub page also added!
I really like this. You definitely get the feeling of a big company, a company that prides itself on innovation, yet at the same time has serious paperwork where it counts.
(My one criticism would be that it almost seems TOO normal…the key thing about SCP, as I see it, is that these objects simply cannot be understood by current science. I feel like there should be some concession to "anomalousness" in the documents. Although, "the mental web and teleportation were invented" is nice!)
Prometheus Labs' stance on anomalous objects is that they simply do not adhere to what is considered current science. Like their blurb states, "one thousand years ago it was considered current science that the sun rotated around the Earth".
I like the awareness of mythological origin and I like that it's written like a puff piece for a company, ending with salaries. I like that the format is based off of real-life grant requests. I especially like the logo.
Edited the hub page. Curious to see how this format will be received.
