SCP Foundation

According to SCP-231 each of the children are intended to give birth to somepart of a deity, with the seeming intent to undo Jesus Christ's teachings as a sort of "anti-Christ". Interestingly all of these children were designated with a 2-intiger SCP number, which doesn't exist. But maybe it did exist.

We know from SCP-233 (which not only effects pregnant humans but is also part of Clef's research) that the 3/4-digit system isn't how the foundation had always operated and from the twistedgears/kaktus proposal that the Foundation used to classify "separate" objects in different slots. So in theory SCP-048 could have been shortened to SCP-48.

Basically I'm suggesting each of the products of SCP-231 are in some way the "7 deadly sins" with the intended purpose of causing an the third worst K-class Scenario (XK, total failure of human morality).

• The Light Bringer aka Lucifer the Fallen Angel: SCP-2030, It's a rather unorthodox take but still holds the same core concepts.
• SCP-231-1 (Lust): The most simplistic and ultimately least dangerous child, SCP-106 or as it was called SCP-16 is a powerful reality warping entity that only uses it's powers for weird semi-sexual desires with no regard for who or what is destroyed in the process.
• SCP-231-2 (Wrath): SCP-682 another reality-warping entity able to change it's own structure to adapt to nearly anything it wants has seemingly lost all drive beyond "getting back" at humanity, possibly for Procedure 110-Montauk.
• SCP-231-3 (Greed): SCP-035 is capable of giving those who wear it untold power and knowledge, but consumes their minds until they are nothing more than a flailing piece of meat for SCP-035 to use.
• SCP-231-4 (Envy): Due to it's exposure to SCP-500 SCP-447 is effectively dead and a substance rather than a lifeform. However consider the term *green with envy*.
• SCP-231-5 (Sloth): SCP-2774 is again an entity that consumes the mind, ultimately capable of wining when the infect give into the urge to give up and rest.
• SCP-231-6 (Pride): SCP-4666 or as it's more commonly known as "Santa Claus" isn't an actual physical being as much as an idea. All the traditions and "themes" related to Christmas are in some way a projection of it with the exception of the color green. In 1971 the Foundation used advanced computer-science to create a counter-meme that goes along with SCP-4666's red. In the end it's the idea that humans can create a "better" Christmas around gifts and happiness rather than the celebration of the ideal human's birth.
• SCP-231-7 (Gluttony): The entity is yet to be born but it can be assumed that along with it's 7 brothers it will bring the end of human morality and sapient thought.

Which one is the Scarlet Prince? :p

My headcanon is that no SCPs at the moment are the children of the Scarlet King. I do have an article planned to be the child of the Scarlet King though.

In the Serpent's Hand Hub, SCP-017 is called the Second Child which I assume is the second child of the Scarlet King. Also Summer's Exile which is about SCP-682 mentions the Fifth Child which suggests SCP-053, and my theory is the reason that those two get along is because they are siblings, or at least half-siblings, with SCP-682 being first generation and SCP-053 being second generation from the same father, the Scarlet King.

And then of course, there's the story about SCP-999 being the seventh child, which now accounts for three of the six surviving children, assuming the fourth is still dead. My guess is SCP-239 and SCP-040 are two others, and while I doubt it could work by context, I think it would be intesting to reveal SCP-105 is actually the first child of the Scarlet King and that Team Iris of Alpha-9 is critical in defeating him the next time he breaks free.

After reading SCP-4290, I get the distinct impression that it is also one of the Scarlet Kids. It’s colossal, there are red motifs, it’s called “The Child”, and the description of its appearance clearly refers to it being born. It’s been in the ground 10,000 years, though, so it must be from the original generation, not the current one.

Also, SCP-5832 implies that the Department of Abnormalities (whatever that actually is) also had custody of some form of 231 at some point. My personal headcanon is that the DoA was a previous iteration of the foundation erased by use of SCP-2000, which might explain why some of the abnormalities in SCP-3790 seem to be duplicates of existing items. What I’m getting at here is that there may have been previous versions of 231 in previous versions of history, so there could be a LOT of Scarlet Kids running around.
